Gillian's healing journey began with Rolf Movement and Pilates, deepening through Biodynamic Craniosacral work and Core Process Psychotherapy. She has lived across Malaysia, Singapore, USA, Hong Kong, Japan, Thailand, Spain, Canada, Indonesia, and Portugal. Her career evolved from filmmaking through technical roles into the exploration of wellness.
